被子灌裝生產線-無膠棉打卷生產線

化纖被子-無膠棉兩用生產線由多臺自動上料機（開包機），多功能混料機，開松機，梳理機，鋪網機，烘箱，燙光機，冷卻機，裁切打卷機，裝套機組成。全機變頻，一鍵啟動，具有省人工，省能耗，產量高，速度快，質量可靠的特點。

化纖被子生產線組成：

一、成卷切割

①氣壓式切邊刀或電動飛刀切邊

②電熱絲橫切裝置或電動飛刀橫切裝置

③機械式記數或電動脈沖記數

④被動與主動成卷、速度記長任意設定

⑤適用于非制造布生產線后道切邊、記數、成卷

③Machanical counting or photoelectrity pulse counting.

④Passive and positive coiling, speed length set wantonly.

⑤Applicable to the cutting, counting, coiling of producing of non-woven fabrics.

二、采用PLC編程控制

采用PLC編程控制，每小時可生產被褥60條，設備占地小，工藝流程短，操作簡單；

床上用品填充料160kg/h。開松→給棉→梳理-→鋪網→設長拉斷→套裝全過程每小時可填充料160kg。

Using PLC programmable control, equipment, small footprint, short process flow,simple operation, can produce 60 hours per hour bedding.

From the opening, feeding, carding, web design, the whole process to suit longbreak every hour flling material 160kg.
